iPhone XS, XS Max & XR Launched with US $1000 Price

It was on June 29, 2007 that Apple released its first generation iPhone and since then a lot has happened. Hardware, Operating System, design, user interface and much more has changed. And thus has our life and approach towards the perfection. Since its release Apple has sold more than 1.2 billion units of smartphones worldwide. As of January 2017, Apple’s App Store had more than 2.2 million applications available for iPhones. Apple has released a series of 11 iPhones, each accompanied by a new iOS. The original iPhone was described as “revolutionary” and it indeed was. From screen to OS everything has been updated and upgraded to provide us with the best experience, even in terms of price.

On 12th September, 2018 Apple released its new versions of iPhones namely XS and XR. In total there were three not so groundbreaking models. As it is clear that there has been upgrades in the version, the same is for the screen as well. The XS MAX has a display of 6.5 inch, largest design ever. It all falls in place but except for the XR model. As many critics believe that this model is launched in order to replace the previous year iPhone 8. It comes in six colors and has LCD display instead of OLED. The camera is single lens system unlike XS’s double lens. Since its first generation release, the screen size has escalated from 3.5 to 6.5 inches. XS Max has a 6.5-inch and 2688 x 1242 resolution OLED display. This results in the brightest and the most color accurate displays that Apple has ever created.

However, the most prominent features that came with this release are support for dual SIM cards and 512 GB of storage. The one feature that distinguishes XS from other previous release is that it has IP68 rated water, splash, and dust resistance. It also means that you can submerge your iPhone for half an hour up to 7 feet and it will still be working. You get the first OLED display on an iPhone in addition to an edge-to-edge design and Face ID. Unlike XR, XS comes in only the standard colors: gold, silver and space grey. Since everyone goes for a different perspective while buying products, the iPhone XS and XS Max have higher-resolution displays with HDR. So that’s some noteworthy features that might matter to you.

Let’s come to the price that we better arrange in order to have it first. Since the last year release of iPhone X, the product price has entered the thousand dollar range. And so this year, base model iPhone XS remains at $999, a storage upgrade from 64GB to 256GB because there is no 128GB model which puts you at $1,150. The XS Max’s price is a bit more understandable, considering its larger display. It starts at $1,099 and goes all the way up to $1,449 for a 512GB model. So in the midst of all this charm, it is advisable to get ready with the money as the pre orders have already started. As mentioned before, there is not too much difference between the three products like the XR has the same A12 Bionic processor, the same front-facing camera with Face ID. There are always such ups and downs whether it is a new feature of design but the interaction never ceases to be fun.
